Tell us your plans for Safer Internet Day: We plan a “mindful mention” and “subtle showcase” among all our groups on the day, creating opporutnities to speak about internet safety in our youth groups, school programmes and interactions with our communities (which includes family members, parents and siblings)
This campaign will be delivered across the 4 principle towns of Offaly and Westmeath by a team of 20+ youth work professionals
Our Youth Information Coordinator delivers sessions in schools and facilitates an online support space in partnership with Spunout.ie
Our Youth Diversion projects facilitate 1:1 and family support sessions weekly
Our UBU youth workers work within communities in youth centres and community spaces meeting with diverse groups of young people aged 10 – 18
Our social media presence is wide and we will promote our activity across all channels, FB, Instagram and Web – www.youthworkmidlands.org
