Safer Internet Day 2025 – Information Session

Safer Internet Day is a key date in the online safety calendar.

Every year, thousands of people take part in the SID celebrations in Ireland, and help to make the internet a safer, better place, for children and young people.

There are lots of ways that you, your school or organisation can get involved! We are hosting a short information session on Tuesday, December 10th at 1pm.

What is it?

This event brings together schools and organisations from across Ireland to discuss the collaborative plans for the day, how to get involved and supporting resources. The Irish Safer Internet Centre will also present the theme for Safer Internet Day 2025; Prepare / Protect / Thrive: Navigating online algorithms and influencers online.

When is it?

Tuesday 10th December: 1.00pm-1.45pm

The event will take place on Zoom.
